Today is an important day for the future of the Minnesota Timberwolves. As you have been aware over the past few days, there are a lot of rumors regarding our franchise, and a lot of stories to sift through from every which way.

The moderators here feel strongly about keeping high the integrity and reputation of the Wolves’ RealGM fanbase. We know that the draft can be a hectic and stressful time. However, there are some general rules that we expect both regulars and visitors to follow.

There will be no trolling or baiting allowed. Obviously, there shouldn’t be any to begin with, but the forum moderators will be watching this closely throughout the draft and in the days that follow. We will be closely watching for any Kahn-bashing. It is fine to express your opinions about him, but do so in a respectful manner without namecalling.

Please try to keep the use of foul language to a minimum. I understand that we see and hear these things every day, but try to find a more constructive way to express yourself. PURPOSEFUL EVASION OF THE LANGUAGE CENSOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Keep all draft discussion in the Official Draft Day 2010 Thread. One thread will be made for each player once selected by the Timberwolves. Do not create a thread for the sole purpose of ranting.

Finally guys, let’s have a fun night. This has been a crazy past few weeks with trade rumors popping up from all over. Sit back, grab your favorite beverage, and let’s have a great draft night. I hope we do not have to enforce any of the rules.
