Analogy I came up with for Rambis

As some of you may know, I haven't been the biggest supporter of Rambis. After hearing the press conference and the Q&A, I am beginning to reconsider.
I think Rambis is an excellent teacher. By the way he speaks, it seems like he is really gifted at getting players to improve and become great all around players.
The analogy I came up with is this: You know how guys like Big Baby or Jordan Farmar get thrown into situations where they are on a team that is expected to win now, and all they need to do is know their role and contribute? Those are championship teams, and the young players are being bred from day one to play, act, and personify a Champion. THIS is how Rambis coaches the entire team. Even though the Wolves are no where near the Talent level, BBIQ level, maturity level, or skill level, Rambis is still coaching them as if they will be a significant piece on a contender (even if it's as a 10th man role).
Who knows if this strategy will work with 20-something year old personalities getting paid loads of money, But it sounds so good that is almost HAS to work somehow (as long as we get the talent). If it does't work, this might prove that KG as a player is to Rambis as a coach. May not be cut out to be a head coach or the number one option (it is looking favorable though), but I believe right now, that he is probably top 3 (if not the BEST) assistant coach material. That sounds lame now that I read it, but it does say something about him as a Teacher of the game. That is only one facet of a Head coach though, the jury is still out on the in-game situations aspect (among others).
