Is Kahn just trying to destroy McHale's handiwork?

It seems like he is going after all of McHale's guys. He been reported to pretty much say that Al and Love aren't starters. He hasn't really praised anyone but "his" guys and now if this David Lee stuff is true, is he really going to keep Love on the squad as well? I assume Lee will start. It seems to me that Kahn thinks Love is nothing but a bench player.

It's hard to discern the motives of someone who is clearly insane.

Yeah Calinks. At least tell us the video. I've been able to find out everything about those guys except that exact video.

Love is a bench player. Lee > Love. I'd trade him for Randolph if we signed Lee.

So we trade away Al Jefferson to sign David Lee?

Horrible.

Yeah I think Love's gone if Lee signs and while I'd be a little disappointed, I think I'd prefer Lee over Love anyway. The only problem would be what happens with both Al and Love trades.

I hope we don't get Lee, he's overrated. Love is by far the better player.

It is not a vacuum. Look at it as Lee plus (what we receive in return for al and/or love) vs. Al and/or love plus other moves. In other words it is too early to tell whether the finished product will be better or worse then the current line up.

They provide different things, so in depends what a team needs. Lee is a go-to scorer. Love is a role scorer.

What makes Jefferson better than Lee? I'm serious.

it takes a brave man to call McHale's work, handy. More like pansy-work. ya I said it.

I just don't understand why every body is so opposed to David Lee on the Timberwolves, especially if we could get a guy like Tyrus Thomas in a S&T. We could have such a sexy rotation of Love, Pekovic, Lee, Tyrus & Darko.

Pekovic & Darko play similar styles and would be a force together.

Lee/Love & Tyrus - I would love to see them play together (obviously not all 3 at the same time) but we could easily rotate them.

A 5-man rotation? You realize that there's only 96 minutes per game for the C and PF positions. Darko, Love, and Lee are going to want at least 30 minutes per game, so that leaves 6 minutes per game for Pekovic and Tyrus to fight over.

Yeah let's get Lee love and tyrus and have them all play 16 minutes a game.
