Assuming New York misses out in Free Agency

MN gets Iguodala
NY gets Jefferson
PHI get David Lee

Minnesota missed out on Rudy Gay, but get another athletic wing that can run the floor and create off the dribble.

New York uses up some of their cap to get a productive big man who I believe will return to his 20/10 form this season.

Philly badly needs front court help. Hawes, Brand, Speights, and Jason Smith is weak. Lee would be a good fit there.

Thoughts?

I think NY would rather have Lee than Jefferson for the same money and I think Lee would rather be in NY than MN for the same money. So I think that holds up the deal. For MN it's fine though.

I would be all about it. Knicks fans would want us to throw in Rubio to take big Al off our hands for us though.

I like this trade idea... I do wonder if Lee would choose to be in PHI over NY? I think the only way this is possible is if they sign him for a higher # than NY would. Does PHI have ANY cap space?
