Haha! Kind of sucks we couldn't get Randolph though. At least Love is safe now.

yah love is safe now for sure, however, the question is now on what the heck kahn will do since what seemed to be his #1 option just went elsewhere..what does he do with al now that he doesnt particularly need to deal him for cap space?

The deal is contingent on LeBron not picking the Knicks tonight. . . . So it's a done deal !

jokes on them because Gay and Lee were just decoys, Ridnour was our target all along

Well Khan is dead set on shipping Al so he will find a deal some how some way. The only person this "saves" IMO is Love unless some crazy new deal comes long. Don't have to worry about Lee taking Love's PT or Khan trading Love for Randolph.

Or to the Hawks for Josh Smith.

That'd be okay, but not sure how much the Hawks would want him since he's about the same size as Horford and they had trouble with Dwight.

Also someone else on another board said NJ is trying to get involved in this deal to get Ellis from Gs?

Al's Value is so low right now, David Lee is commanding far better deals.

true, but with the way knicks fans overvalue their players, im surprised they arent jumping of of buildings since they all expected rubio, kobe, nash, and karl malone (out of retirement) in return for lee and curry's expiring deal

Thats a good pull for the Knicks. You got to believe that Big Al should be able to net something similar.

Nets now have Outlaw and it seems like the fans are content with Tyrus Thomas. I wonder if we would do something like Humphries/Favors/cap space for Jefferson.

Lopez / Jefferson
Jefferson / Thomas
Outlaw / Simmons
Williams / Lee
Harris / Dooling

That is a low seed playoff team right now.

Darko / Pekovic
Love / Favors
Johnson / Brewer
Webster / Ellington
Flynn / Sessions
