works in the trade check.

MIN IN: Andre Iguodala, Thad Young
PHI IN: Martell Webster, Ramon Sessions, Corey Brewer.

Or even take out Young and Brewer.
Possibly Koufous or Pek?

What do you think?

Flynn/Ridnour
Johnson/Ellington/Hayward
Iggy/Beasley?
Love/Beasley
Darko/Pek

in the sessions thread is said something like...

Session / Brewer for Paul George / Foster
Then send Paul George and cap space to philly for Iggy.

Iguodola for Webster / Sessions / Pek or koufous is probably too much salary coming back for pilly to accept it. IMO

I'm thinking we're going to need an Iguodala sticky as long as we have this capspace.

Don't want Thad Young. Iggy would be okay, but that would probably put Wes on the Bench.

I was assuming Beasley would be SF, Iggy the 2. Or we could do Iggy at 2, wes at 3, Beasley as super 6th man.

This trade would be lovely, but would never occur.

Or move Love and his whiny ***

Yes, we move Love, and hope Wes and Beas live up to their hype.

I just want to make sure people know what we're really getting if a trade came down.

Iguodala would instantly become our best player, with good overall skills and great defense.

However, he's not cheap, and he gets paid over $56 mil through 2014, so you better be sure this is guy you want. That's a lot of money for a swingman who's not a #1.

And I don't want anyone to make the mistake that he's a #1. PHI has given him the opportunity to play that role in the past, and he's simply not a superstar player, but rather, a really nice complimentary player, a la , Al Jefferson.

I'm not saying I wouldn't want the guy, or that he's not good. I'm simply saying that if we're entertaining talks about adding Iguodala, we need to make sure that in his case (not so much our other acquisitions), that we go for him for the guy he is now .. not some dream of who he might someday become.

The same thing could be said about Beas, Wes...But I'm sure teams would want Love unlike Beas.

 That was a joke, a shot at the OP for ignoring the Iguodala thread.

My point is you guys are merely picking favorites. No one should be untouchable.

I don't like Love either, but I understand his value. The man would be ideal with 2 or 3 legit scorers. The guy can score so much for never having his number called, he is one of the Top 2 offensive and defensive rebounders in the game, and he can stretch the floor for slashers. He is just really whiny and it drives me nuts.
