The Mavericks could pull five from their bench and beat Minnesota's starting five.

Jealous.

Beasley > Dirk, Johnson > Marion, Rubio > Kidd, Love > the rest of their team.

NBA.com is BS! They're always ALWAYS hating on teams they don't like. You should see what happened to the Pistons in 2005. They win in 2004, it was luck. They go to the final game in 2005 and lose, they've always sucked. It BS. How do you get lucky with the moves they did? You can't. NBA.com, ESPN.com, and all the other "professional" sports websites are BS. They love the Lakers, Celtics, and Lebron. NOTHING ELSE!

They love the Heat now. But I agree they don't care about teams that haven't got at least one superstar. Stories about those teams are mostly alibi-like and not well read up on.

I was having a great day before I came upon this topic.

I just won the lottery, married the girl of my dreams, and found out that my HS bully is now in jail.

This ruined my day!!! Life is not good.

I've stated the obvious many times on this board and I will again ...

"It's about money ... the sports media, specifically ther NBA, is not overly concerned whether it's predictions are right or wrong".

We have to make the assumption they know how to run their business - like it or not. I guess I have to agree with their sptrategy eventhough I hate'em.

They gave us a C on our 'summer report card'. Not a bad write up, at least they're now acknowledging we made a lot of changes.

the ratings don't really make sense anyways, look at the Knicks.

They overpaid and for too long to Amare: A
Felton is a bad fit for Dantoni and was overpaid: B
Dantoni hasn't proved he can run his offense without Nash and time is running out: B

to me this screams B, F, C. but I guess is honor role worthy

it doesn't make the least bit of sense, they say its a summer report card and start talking about moves they made, then they grade the team as a whole. If its an offseason report card, the Lakers and Thunder shouldn't have the same grade as the Heat, if its a quality of team evaluation, then why are the Knicks a B and the Magic a C
