Wolves local TV schedule (WFTC My29 Announced, Pg 4)

Post#1 » by Breakdown777 » Tue Sep 21, 2010 7:56 pm

Does anyone know when the schedule for FSN and 45 games will be released? The number of FSN games will determine if I should even think about expanding my cable.

I asked this a few weeks ago and no one knew. I would like to know so I can decide which of my games from my season tickets I can sell and not miss too many games. They're are very slow with this this year. Makes me wonder if they are having contractual problems.

I remember a few years ago when we couldn't see most of the Gopher games because the cable providers and others couldn't see eye to eye.
I've been a fan since the beginning and I will be until my end.

We will probably get like 25 games this year.

I end up watching online as I canceled cable to save some on the bills. I am betting they won't be offering much more than last year though.

I remember it was really bad. It is horrible that we are almost forced to use illegal online feeds.

Now they are probably just going to start buying quarters.

Remember the game vs. Hornets & they cut out the ending? Yeah that better not happen this season or ever.

They will cheap shot the Wolves & barley show any games, but the games that do show will be interrupted by hockey or somethin.

I think this team, if nothing else should be a lot more entertaining to watch with the new young guys out there. I don't know if that really translates to more wins, but I think we'll have less lackluster performances out there. I wanna be able to see at least 70 games, tho I'm pretty sure that's not happening.

I'm going to 20 games this season and will unfortunately probably have to resort to this for the other games.

Timberwolves.com needs to offer their own streaming service for a respectable fee.

It was 55 last year (40 on FSN, 15 on KSTC)

The team's TV schedule STILL isn't out yet, but the Wolves' two Target Center preseason games -- Denver tomorrow and Indiana a week from tomorrow -- both will be on FSN.

FSN is expected to show 50 regular-season games.

The delay with the TV schedule release involves where and when other games will be televised.

Ch. 45 is no longer the team's other broadcast partner.

The Wolves still haven't finalized details for those other games, hence the detail for a schedule that usually gets released in August.

How often does FSN usually host away-games?

That is horrible news. Come on, channel 45 is pretty much scraping the station barrel, and they are having disputes?
