So... Defending champs, unbeaten... at home. Instead of talking about us winning why dont we discuss which LA bench player will score 20+ on our D.? I see Odom having a big game. I also forsee Kobe trying to get a triple double, he will probably only have 3 quarters worth of play to get it done.
GO WOLVES!

Let them continue their quest for another championship. We're on a mission to get Barnes.

Maybe by halftime they'll be up be 40+ and Phil Jackson can come over to our bench for awhile and give Rambis some pointers.

Wow, I could have sworn it was much, much worse. I wonder what Brew's got planned for Fisher this time around?..

Whole world expecting the Lakers to win by 20-plus.
That's when you HAVE to bet on the Wolves at the spread of +17.

No offense, but the Lakers are likelier than not to be bored to tears when they look at this opponent as happened with Toronto a couple gms ago. Give them some team w/ undue hype like Porty and they kick their asses. Plus, Jackson even canceled practice before this one. Unless they made some decision behind the scenes to shore up their D over the next couple of wks regardless of opponent, this could be merely a modest win with maybe 2-3 scoring bursts and a lot of bench, just enough to get it done. They have @ DEN coming up next, want to save mental energy for that one.

I have a ticket for this game, but haven't decided if I want to go yet. This team isn't worth the hassle right now.

I say the Wolves beat the spread and lose by 16, of course this is after trailing by as many as 25 in the 3rd quarter, but still...lol. I think the team will at least show up, it is the Lakers, and do have some bulk inside to physically match up with them, kind of... I'm reaching here....seriously LOL, I just hope no one gets hurt and I'll be happy.
I would like to see either Beasley or Wesley go for like 25 or 30, that'd be cool.

No Rdinour. I think this will be our worst loss yet. I think we'll lose by 40. Expect Theo, Sasha and Luke to get a lot of burn in this one.

I wouldn't be surprised if he took the challenge to coach our team after being behind by 30+ only to see if he can make it close(r) again

Yup. Cover your eyes territory. My only hope is that the Wolves can learn something about how the triangle is supposed to work from playing against it. But when the other team has you flailing around and looking like an a$$, it's probably pretty tough to think about learning.

I never get tired of watching that Brewer dunk. 9.30 start so that's about 3.30am for me, think I'm gonna have to pass on this one. 40+ loss for the Wolves, without Ridnour too, oh man this isn't going to be pretty.
