Slightly OT: Wiretap

WTF? The wiretap is usually updated several times per day, right? Just our luck that when something goes wrong, the headline stuck at the very top for DAYS is "Love Talks About Possibly Leaving Timberwolves"....
Anybody know whats going on?

They just really want to get the point across that Ronald Dupree and the Raptors are no more.

I just started reading the WT Paint thread, and now this happens. It doesn't really affect me though because I read updates from Hoopshype and check Rubechat for ESPN Insider.

They are in the midst of launching "major upgrades" to the site, which is why Wiretap hasn't been updated. It should be back sometime this week.

Great news! Are you allowed to give us an idea of what they are looking at upgrading, or bringing back?

I would if I knew. That's about all that Howard has said. He seems pretty excited about something, though. But, really that's about all I know.

I hope they bring back PM's. I think the board would be a lot cleaner if people could talk to each other directly.
And I'd love it if we could search on individual posters again. There are a handful of posters that are so good, I want to read every word they say, regardless of where their post can be found. Some of them are here, and I only stumble across their other posts when I'm on a RealGM board walk-about.
I'm excited! A new version might have a few bugs, but I think we could see some major improvements to improve the boards for everybody!

Maybe this is an ability still in place for mods, but for us peasants, clicking on "view all posts" takes us to the Board Index. You can't even search your own posts.

Well, wiretap is working again. Haven't noticed any other major changes yet.
