Last summer, would you have made this trade.

Jefferson+Brewer
for
Randolph+Utah 1st.

I think many of us would have. There was a lot of speculation for Randolph in a package for Love or the 4th pick. If we consider the Al deal is allows us to make this Randolph deal.

I would have selected "I can't remember" if that was an option. I don't believe I was ever a huge Randolph homer, but I'm going to look deep into Google to see what I really believed. It's called Inception.

Back then, yes. Randolph had trade value at the time. Now, I don't like it that much as I'm very leery of Randolph, but it's not the worst thing that could've happened.

what about the Memphis 1st?

I would have. I'm one of the biggest Randolph fans here. I think he can be the Lamar Odom type in our "triangle". He's super athletic, long, and has shown some ballhandling/passing skills.

Considering after Foye was moved and my favorite Wolves were Al and Brew...I would not have done this deal.

I've never liked Randolph. I much prefered his teammate: Brandan Wright.

Brewers the kind of guy who can really shine on a contender (everyone is about to destroy me on this, but I stand by it)

Hardly everyone, since there are a large number of people here that inexplicably like Brewer.

Anyway, I actually see him being effective on that team, since he'll play limited minutes and should never see the ball on offense except for fast breaks.

To be fair, you should add "big dead money contract" to Randolph and the 1st.
