I smell future 2nd rounder for helping reduce Utah's payroll.

Ugh.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Sweet. Maybe if we take Paul Milsap's contract off their hands they'll send us Bell for free! :D

Defense, good shooting, and brains. If the price is right, then good move.

Odd indeed. Maybe part of a bigger deal where Webster is getting shipped out?

Pros: He's got the defense, he's a shooting guard, and a vet.

Cons: His contract & flopping dbag

Doubt it...this is very boring for us. no rumors or anything for us really, except this stupid stuff. Kahn should be calling about everyone...

If we were interested we could just absorb his contract at the moment, but then that means less cap space next year. I would think Bulls, Grizzlies, Boston, and other playoff teams looking for wing help would be more interested than us.

His contract really isn't that bad

I like the idea the wolves need a vet

Durant just said Darko is one of best centers in the league. For once, I'm not being sarcastic in a tweet. #Twolves

He is the "type" of player you would want to put next to Beasley long term -- if only he were 10 years younger. Maybe Kahn is hoping he'll come in and mentor Johnson.

Or maybe Kahn's hoping he'd convince his good friend Steve Nash to join us in Minnesota.

3 yrs/10 mil...would rather look somewhere else, but whatever, I'm just sitting back watching the growth of this team & what Kahn is trying to do.

canishoopus RT @ShamSports: Minny can absorb Bell's salary without sending any outgoing. The tax-paying Jazz would want this. But Minny has to get assets as incentive. 6 minutes ago from web FLAG

Get assets as incentive? We have 2nd rounders....

I dunno, I kinda like this. He's old (a year younger than me, a veritable methuselah), but you wonder what happens when you put him with a bunch of kids. Maybe he starts feeling younger. Sometimes it's nice to be in a situation where you have a lot to teach and get a lot of respect for it. Maybe he hits his shots and plays D, shows the guys how it's done. And to go from a drama-mad Utah to an upbeat and earnest Minnesota wouldn't half suck either.

It would be awesome to get that GS pick, but I imagine the Wolves would have to do a lot more than take on Raja's salary to get that.
