What are your opinions on Anthony Randolph?

How has he played in the time you've got to see him. I honestly think that Kahn has done some good things in running your team. He's been horrible at drafting players. but he has gotten some major talent and assets for really cheap in trades like AR15 and Beasley.

AR is intriguing...hope he adds a little weight so he can play center more...plays out-of-control sometimes...you can see his potential of what he could be if he could be harnassed somehow, unsure though of how he fits on the current on the team.

He's done well.

I like him. He's athletic, plays hard, has some skills and loads of potential. He's worth keeping around for next season and, if he bulks up, could be the long term answer next to Love.

And Kahn's problem hasn't been trades, its been everything else. FAs, drafting, general comments, etc.

I have eluded to this on several occasions, but I feel that AR can be our Joakim Noah potentially. He needs to put on about 10 lbs of muscle however.

Just put this in the Det trade thread, but anyway, I think he will fill out enough physically to play C, but I think his game right now is more suited to the PF position.

He and the coaches need to work on defining his role. He has so many skills that he doesn't always know what to do in a given situation. If he had a clearly defined role and something like 7 or 8 options instead of 15, that would help him (and us)) a lot.

Best case scenario, he is somewhere between Tyson Chandler and Joachim Noah and our long term answer at center.

Like all young players, he needs a consistent role in order to develop. Yanking his minutes and role only hurts him.

Chandler and Noah are elite defenders. Randolph struggles with defense.

Randolph has a lot of raw talent, that much is clear, but as the other posts elude his role is definitely not defined like it should be. If it were, he'd be a much more effective player. My gripes are that he can't(or won't) stay in front of people defensively and makes quite a few boneheaded decisions. My best case scenario for him is a very solid big man off the bench that can provide scoring and energy punch. I don't see him putting on the muscle like everyone says he needs to, he's got the Corey Brewer body type which as we've already seen isn't conducive to gaining weight at all. I do like having an athletic tall guy on the team and would like to keep him around to play backup PF/C minutes.

Kahn has said that he's done even better than he had hoped, with a new team, shoved to the end of the knicks bench, and did a lot psychologically and physically in the remainder of the season.

He could be terrific at the start of the next season if he works hard this summer - he has tons of talent.

I like him a lot. I think he fits this team really well and he's a lot of fun to watch.

When his game is on, he brings a level of excitement to this team that I haven't seen in years.

Randolph is one of those players that would seem to be a great fit with Rubio. Someone that Rubio would make a lot better

Reminds me of a young KG.

Really could use some work on his post game (like young Garnett).

He's definitely a keeper.
