Good deal, regardless of the protections on that pick.
Always was a Brad Miller fan.

Didn't Brad Miller back up Vlade Divac in SAC too?

Re: Flynn Traded to HOU
Backed him up and lit us up one night when KG hit back-to-back threes with 30 seconds left to force OT and the Wolves won a hell of a game.

So much for the (good) trade.
Kahn? Seriously? Why trade #23?
Still decent trade but could've been better.

Didn't see the future 1st rounder so I like it.
Mirotic at #23 is actually really good as we're not going to go with more than 2 rookies.

Brad Miller is supposedly missing some/most of this next year?
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt

Glen Taylor is an a-hole imo, when are these fools gonna learn? Every year some nice prospects fall into their lap they **** it all up by trading them away.

Flynn will probably thrive under McHale in Houston.

This trade is a freaking nightmare for you guys. I literally can't even believe you traded for Brad Miller, who's not only toaster than toast, he's out till at least January with microfracture surgery.
Jesus.
Jesus.

^ His contract is paid by insurance most likely. Him not playing is better then Flynn playing.

You sure don't know a lot about the financial aspects of basketball, not to mention that 1st trade turned into a future 1st, 3 future 2nds and a bunch of cash.

Miller's money will be payed by insurance and his last year can be bought out for less than a million. Taylor saved about 6-7 mil over next 2 year on Flynn/Miller swap.

Re: Flynn Traded to HOU
The time he misses will be paid by insurance, but he was planning on coming back--so you'd have to pay him as soon as he was healthy. And uh, why the f*** do you care if you're saving money by giving away lottery picks? Yeah, that's good going. And that's money that's going on the cap, so less to spend in FA.
It's good news if you're the owner, I guess. It's terrible if you're anybody else.
