So maybe you want to upgrade some position, or make room for other talented players , or you just dont like the guy....

I agree Love would net us the highest return. We could also be a very athletic team with Williams at the 4 and Randolph at the 5.

Webster, Tolliver, Ellington, Miller, and Lazar can all go for cap space/salary filler. Pek can go for cap space or an expiring contract. Darko can go- if he doesn't get to start and/or has problems with the coach I can see this bridge burning quickly.
Tier Two:
Ridnour can go only if deal brings back a better backup PG.
Tier Three:
Randolph, Beasley or Wes can go, but only if deal brings back an above-average starting SG or C (Think Iggy/Ellis or Marc Gasol/Bogut).
Tier 4:
Derrick Williams can go in a deal for an all-star.
Tier 5:
Ricky and Kevin aren't going anywhere.

I didn't see it as a centerpiece, but more of two of them being packaged together...Randolph and Wes for Iggy seems pretty fair to me, I might even ask for another small incentive.![]()
I think Beasley might be the most polarizing guy on the roster. Most of us seem content with Rubio, Love, Randolph, and Wes, but Beas get's this stuff thrown at him all the time. Sure, he'd make a nasty face-up PF....but I think he's fine at SF. Yeah, he doesn't play the best defense against quick wings, but he's what, 22 years old? I don't think we need to worry about him "slowing down with age" until his next contract expires. Is it because MIA gave him away and because those advanced stats say so that he's regarded this way?
I guess I'm just not a big fan of writing off a player who obviously has plenty of talent, drive, and potential after one season, especially for the value he'd probably net in a trade. It makes the most sense to keep him and watch him blow up for us as to selling him for less than he's worth. If he doesn't wow us all and Williams shows he can play the 3 just as well as Beas, then we can discuss options. For at least another season, I'm happy believing in Beasley.
