Zone defense

I must say I was impressed with Dallas zone defense in the finals and I think this is the way to go. I think we can afford to play Love at C if we play alot of zone on D. We have a lot of athletes with long wingspans who can cover lot of ground on D: Wes, D-Will, AR, Beas, Rubio. This allows Love to concentrate more on rebounding while he stays close to the rim as a C. Zone will help cut the penetration so Love's inability to block shots won't be a big issue. Beasley and Williams are not capable to chase people around the screens on the perimeter so zone D should be help too. I even think it will help Wes and Rubio.
I know it's not ideal but given our roster I think it's the way to go, it also helps us start our best players.
