NBA SG Ranking

Post#1 » by Dan's with the Wolves » Sun Jul 17, 2011 9:39 pm

There has been so much talk about getting/trading for a shooting guard. That begs the question who are the best shooting guards in the league.

Rules:
1. First to 5 or Best of 10 -- whichever comes first.

Wade(5)

Manu is not close to the best, he really dropped off after the all-star break, especially on D.

First of all, this has to be about the worst state of the SG position in a long time.

1. Wade
2. Kobe
3. Manu
4. Gordon (1) Ellis (1) Allen (1) Joe Johnson (1)

Joe Johnson has a bad contract, but contracts are meaningless in this ranking as is age. Based on current ability Joe Johnson is near the top of a bad list of SG's. He can defend, shoot, rebound, and create at a high level.
