Gotta be the coach. I expect a whole new identity under Adelman.

Seems like there will be a lot of interactions present in this experiment. Going to need more data.

No doubt going from Rambis to Adelman is biggest. As excited as we all are to see our two rookies, let's not forget that they are still rookies. Adelman is an established coach.

Rubio

Part of me feels bad that Rambis never had a chance to coach Rubio and Williams, but Adelman was available and we needed a clean slate. I will change my vote if Adelman can lure someone like Battier or Hayes.

Going from Ridnour to Rubio is big. Adding Williams is big. I think he will get to the free throw line which will help. Adding Adelman should help the most. A system that Kahn had in mind when he was choosing players. I'm so ready for the season to start.

Rubio, he's going to have the ball in his hands a lot thus biggest impact positively or negatively.

Easily Adelman for the first year. A brand new system will dramatically change things (hopefully for the better) than a couple of new players. Next would be Derrick, then Rubio. (I don't see Ricky making that big of an impact in his first year epcecially. Learning a whole new style of play and new teammates might prove challenging, and I could see him struggle a lot during his first year)

1. Adelman
2. Rubio
3. Williams

I chose Rubio over Williams because he will steady the team offensively and bring some energy to the defense. With that said, Williams will far exceed Rubio on the stat sheet and will help change the culture of the team, but Rubio's non-stat impact will be huge.

If his defense is as advertised, Ricky.
PG defense was one of our biggest weaknesses the past 2 years.

If you look at value over replacement:

Ricky>>>Flynn
Adelman>>Rambis
Williams>=Beasley

Adelman will have the largest impact. I'm skeptical about all this "flexibility" he's supposed to have though. Expect more of the old Rambis square peg/round hole coaching style.

Williams has the chance for most long term impact though from the film I've watched. Incredibly smooth J, good handles, and dynamic size/quickness combo. Ricky's offensive game is still quite a ways away.

#1) Adelman ... as he installs a new system (while evaluating and developing our young core of players), he will be relied up on to judge who goes. And finally, his presence gives us some credibility and he may instantly be our best recruiting tool.

#2) The Rube ... a position of dire need since Starbury

#3) Williams ... While he may prove to be the best player in the draft, he still may not carry the most impact for getting this organization on its feet.

Adelman. I think Ricky is going to struggle big time and people are going to be upset. Williams is a rook and will have flashes but wont be consistent.

1. Adelman
2. Williams
3. Rubio

Also, last season I had bet that this season Flynn would actually have a better statistical season than Rubio and some fans are going to ***** about it. I think it will take Rubio some time to get accustomed to the NBA.

Yeah, tbh I'm more nervous than excited about Rubio's rookie year. I would be shocked if Flynn had a better year stats wise, but I think people need to temper their Rubio expectations a little bit. At least in his first years in the nba.

I voted Adelman

Someone needs to make another bold predictions thread. I got a few including the Rubio Flynn one.

1. Adelman
2.
3.
4.
5. Rubio/D-Will

I would be very happy if Rubio manage to have 6-8 pts, 5-7 ass, 1.5 stl, and less than 2-2.5 to in ~ 25minutes, but i'm little skeptical about that.
D-Will probably best player on this draft, just unfair for him that he is stuck with team that have too many players on his position. So it's kinda Darko in Detroit situation, but unlike Darko good thing is that he is going to be in rotation, and probably get some desent minutes. I really like him, but dont really know how he plays defence, hope he is above averige in that.
