Three days after the Minnesota Timberwolves unveiled their 66-game schedule for the 2011-12 season, FOX Sports North and the Timberwolves released Friday a 50-game telecast schedule that will tip off at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 26 against Oklahoma City at Target Center.

The pregame show for this season opener will begin at 6:30 p.m.

FSN Timberwolves telecasts will feature play-by-play announcer Tom Hanneman and color analyst Jim Petersen. Anthony LaPanta, Robby Incmikoski and Marney Gellner will host Wolves Live before and after every game, featuring analysis from Kevin Lynch and newcomer Quincy Lewis.

Wolves Weekly will debut on the network Sunday, Dec. 25.

The network will televise both of the team’s Bucks-Timberwolves preseason games on Dec. 17 and 21.

Lots of road games not televised. I might be forced to get LP.

Oh ok, I misunderstood.. I thought those were the games not on the FSN schedule..... not televised period. I might pick up league pass, depending on the price regardless.

Does league pass require cable or satellite? Or can you get it on computer broadband?

Cable for sure. I'm not sure about satellite (don't have it) but I'm almost certain you can get through dish as well. They have a broadband package you can buy, it's much cheaper too.

:o Whoa, Quincy Lewis? I haven't heard that name in years. That Final Four run will have happened 15 years ago this March. Forgot he had a stint with the Wolves, too.

I don't know if 45 is getting any games this year. 50 might be all we can get.
