Who between AR and Beas do you think will be able to put it all together and become a legit contributing player on a high-level playoff team, and what do they have to do to get there?

Do we keep one of the two, do both stay, or do both go?

Is there an option C?

They will turn into Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.

If AR can log significant mins at center I think he'll have more long-term value to the Wolves than Beasley.

I know it isn't difficult, but I think Randolph has better mind than Beasley but he is a little bipolar and needs some help of his teammates. My answer is Randolph because he fits better the Rubio's kind of play.

These aren't rookies anymore. Coaches have watched Randolph and Beasley in practice for several years. There is enough good in Beasley's game that coaches have been giving him plenty of minutes. The same can't be said of Randolph.

I think the chances that they will live up to their potential has gotten much lower for both players since they've entered the league. But based on their body of work, I think Beasley gets the nod. At worst, Beasley is going to be a stellar sixth man for some team in the future. At worst, Randolph struggles to stay in the NBA, and shares a condo with Gerald Glass.

Beasley is proven as a legit scorer, gets his own shot. Randolph has a long way to go, but could end up a decent role player with the right team around him. BEZ fo SHEEZY now.

It would be amazing though if AR just woke up one morning and said "I'm going to be a defense first player and then take the oops/put backs when they are there." His value would skyrocket. But that's not likely.

Both have immense potential, I think it would be easier for Beasley to get their than Randolph (I think Beasley is cloer to having a better future than AR). I wouldn't be against keeping them if we are able to on reasonable deals and getting them some hard core instruction over the summer/get a full off-season under Adelman.

Beasley's body of work is much more impressive than Randolph's.

Neither.

I would persist with both of them for the time being, but I don't know where Randolph is going to fit in long term. He's not a centre.

Randolph doesn't have a position, he's really just a lob target, but he looks like he can fill that role ably. He's allergic to moving the ball, but that doesn't matter as much if he's clocking minutes next to Rubio and getting spoonfed at or above the rim.
