I'm guessing a Rubio/Ridnour/Randolph/Love/Darko lineup.

Eh, I'll throw in my guess as well. Rubio-Ellington-Johnson-Love-Randolph. Ridnour will have to be backup PG since Barea is out.

I really want to soundly beat the Hornets tonight. I've got nothing against the franchise or the fans. I guess since they have our pick, I want it to be lower than their own. Also wouldn't hurt to make Gordon a bit jealous. :D

Can Randolph play the 3?

Any word on if Gordon and Ariza are playing tonight?

Pretty sure Gordon is out at least another week. Don't know about Ariza.

He can play it better than Wes.

I hate having to watch games on DVR hours after it's happened...and that's what I'm having to do tonight and tomorrow night. Blah.

Go Wolves! Desperately need some wins. The more losses that pile up (esp against crappy teams), the more Love starts to question if he wants to stay.

I think we can get away with starting both Rubio and Ridnour by only playing Ricky the first five minutes or so. Have him in there to get the game flowing, then let him rest for a bit so he can play the entire 2nd quarter like he normally does.

Rubio-Wes-Tolliver-Love-Randolph

Luke-Ellington-Williams-Darko off the bench.

Everybody is praising him for being special, flashy, consistent, having a high Bball IQ, great court vision, quickness,.... Heck, even Magic said he is one of the best PG in the league because he doesn't pass, he creates shots for his teammates.

But the thing that everybody is forgetting is that he is a competitive guy. He is used to win. Playing with Juan Carlos Navarro and in that winning FC Barcelona and Spanish National squad has given him that winning attitude and flair.

Most players in the league are used to loose a lot in a 82 games season (this one is shortened). But players like Rubio are used to win and really hate loosing a game since they're not used to loose a lot and even less in a row.

That's what Pau Gasol brought to the Lakers when he was traded.

Well hopefully he instills that winning attitude with our group of guys. We all know he is a rookie, but he needs to be the leader of this team along with Love.

I love it when PGs (or any player who handles the ball alot, whether it be a SG like Kobe or Wade or a SF like LeBron) are leaders of the team because they control the game with the ball in their hands and control the pace and style of the team since they have the ball the majority of the time.

You see players like Lowry, Conley, Augustin, etc. who just play the pg 'role', but don't take it upon themselves to be leaders on the floor, but Rubio seems like he is capable to be that kind of guy from some of the things i've seen from him, like when AR dribbled the ball up the court and when AR came back down Rubio pumped his chest to signal that the ball is to go to him at all times.

It's hard for Love to be a leader because he grabs boards and scores points, but he doesn't make anyone on the team 'better'. Rubio has shown in his short time as a wolf that he can make AR look good and Tolliver too on occasions. He controls the flow and guys know what to do when he is on the floor.(I've seen DWill and AR spin off their man into an alley oop on more than one occasion when the ball is in Rubio's hands). Although, Love's teammates might see his hard work on the glass and his 100% effort as leadership.

Dwight Howard is an exception of a leader today who doesn't have the ball a lot. His defense carries his team and his sheer presence gets guys easier looks. Same with KG and Duncan in their days.

lmao not true the grizzlies sucked and they didnt get a whole lot of wins, so Pau was used to losing by the time he got to LA. Kobe's the winning mentality guy there.

Won't be around at gametime the next two nights. Makes me glad I got League Pass.

I'd like to give Johnson a chance to play with Rubio. They've only played together for 20 minutes. I'd prefer to play Pekovic over Darko. We know what we have with Darko.
