his +/- wasn't that great. i don't know what to trust...his amazing play or the +/- statistic. it surely seemed like anytime he was on the court, he put the rock down....but, i'm unfortunately biased to the +/-. i realize he was imperative to the win...but...my main question is this....

is the +/- a good way to evaluate a player?

No, its garbage. And its absolutely worthless when you are just looking at a single game

just compare wes and beasleys +- tonight. wes had probably his worst game of his career and was still +8 since he was playing with the starters mostly
