GSW
Out:
Monta Ellis, Kwame Brown
IN:
Chris Kaman, Wayne Ellington, Minnesota #1 pick, Utah #1 pick
NOR
Out:
Kaman, Ariza, Minnesota #1 pick, Eric Gordon
IN:
Monta Ellis, Darko Milicic, Derrick Williams, Martel Webster (age 25) or Wes Johnson (whichever they want)
My guess is they'd want Wes Johnson, who I think has more value/potential, so I'll go with that.

Why for Minnesota- they trade youth and potential for a solid playoff team.
Why for New Orleans- this is what a rebuild should look like.
Why for Golden State- basically they cash out Monta Ellis for a good big (who they can resign for cheaper next year), cap space, and a couple of picks in a deep draft. It fills one hole while making another.....but ads cap space and picks to help fill the G hole with.
