Also interesting tweet from woj:

Scouting report on Jeremy Lin w/ Reno Big Horns? "Pick him up full court, get into him," a D-League coach told me. "Didn't handle it well." -- WojYahooNBA (@WojYahooNBA)

You mean Lin getting payback against Rubio? If so, always good to have an extremely optimistic and positive game thread

 notice the question mark making it not a statement.

And also notice that a tweet was posted regarding how to shut Lin down. Sorry if i played with your emotions.

I believe Stoudemire and Anthony are still out, so Love should have a good night. The main thing is stopping Lin though. He's been playing with all confidence these past few games ever since that triple double he had in the D-League. If we can hold him from having 20+ point night, we have a good chance to win, as the Knicks have practically nobody else I'm particularly afraid of.

Force Lin left and protect the paint so Chandler doesn't go off.

Any chance Darko might be available tonight? Not sure Pek can cut it defensively.

If Pek struggles out there, Darko won't be much help. Chandler is NY's only healthy true post player, with Jared Jefferies and Steve Novak the others getting minutes at PF and C last night.

Pek (and Love) needs to be aggressive on offense and draw some fouls on Chandler.

Yup, I really feel that we need to feed Pek the ball in the post a lot to start the game. Let him do some work in there and either get buckets, fouls, or make NY come with the double. That, or just run a constant stream of high PnRs with Rubio and either Love or Pek.

I do not want to see any other offensive play, since we suck at every other offensive play

Pek needs to get about 15 FGA tonight. Chandler can't handle him. Pek could BREAK Chandler in half with some of his strength post moves.

Not sure about that... Chandler is one of the best defensive centers in the league. This is a real test for Pek...He was struggling against Marc Gasol against the Grizzlies in the first half and Tyson is much better in defense than Marc... Pek still doesnt have a good reputation with the officials and I am afraid he might get in foul trouble in this game because of that..

I bet 10 beer boxes for this one will be the best game of this season for Ricky and the Wolves.

Chandler isn't nearly as strong as Gasol is. It's not even close. Yes, Chandler is a good defensive center, but he's a stronger help defender than man-on-man defender, especially against someone who's bigger and stronger, and Pek is MUCH, MUCH, much stronger than Chandler.

But I agree with what you said about getting in foul trouble.

Love both Rubio and Lin, but let the LINsanity continue for Lin Lin Lin!!!

Both the Wolves and Knicks are blessed with awesome PGs. Wish the Suns were so lucky in the next season...
