I'll start out with some bad news to many of you:
Starting guard Luke Ridnour did not make the trip with the Wolves to Orlando for tonight's game against the Magic because of personal reasons.

I think there's a better chance of Wayne starting at SG, or even Wes moving back to SG with Beasley or Williams starting.
BTW, Lee did not travel with the team either, so the two inactives are already known. Anthony Randolph will dress tonight.

About Pekovic and Superman matchup :
Pekovic - strength
Howard - speed + referees
Conclusion : Pekovic gets 2 PF in 3 minutes.

Sweet!!! (First, let me say I hope everything's ok with Luke) Secondly, for once, we get to see Rubio start with an actual SG, not an undersized PG filling in at SG who is ice cold shooting. Also excited that Randolph's dressing. I wish Lee was active though.
I hope that Wayne starts. But if not Wayne at SG, I hope Wes is moved back to SG and Williams starts at the SF.
We desperately need a win. A 4-game losing streak would be tough. Need to make the march back to .500 and it starts tonight.
I'll have to catch this one on DVR.

Hope's it's not what I think it is.

Dwight Howard has not dominated against the Wolves during the course of his career. On the balance of his career, he's been pretty efficient, but only around 18 ppg. Last year, 52% or so from the field, < 18 ppg.
There's definitely a chance to run them if Rubio and Love play well and the rest of the team isn't totally useless.

I hope so because I have a bad feeling that Pek is going to be in early foul trouble tonight.

Here's betting Ryan Anderson hangs 35-40 on Love.

I hope it's what I think it is and not what you hope it isn't. If it is what I think it is, then it's not what you hope it isn't.

Just a reminder to you all: NBA TV is playing the game on their station.
As for the game, I'm not feeling too good about this one. Howard is one center who can shut down Pek and Love's game in the paint, and with our outside shooters not hitting any jumpers, we could be in for a long night. Here is to say that doesn't happen.

Everyone else got that?
Is it just me, or do you hate games on NBAtv? I hate how the NBAtv guys try to do the color commentary half of the time and then sometimes they're late on getting back to the game after a commercial break.

NBAtv is replaying the Wolves/Knicks game.

It says on the guide that it's the 1998 ASG.

Lets go Pek ! I am afraid of foul trouble against Howard...Maybe he should start from the bench if Darko is ready..

I actually feel good about this one.
Adelman negated Bogut by having a smaller lineup and having the PF/C become outside shooters.
I have a feeling we're one of the best teams in the league at negating Dwight, just because we have penetrating guards and outside shooting bigs and we can take his defense out of the middle.
