Beasley, Ridnour, Tolliver
for
Barnes, Kapono, Dallas TPE, Lakers and/or Dallas 1st
Lakers get an upgrade at PG and an upgrade at SF IMO. Randolph is just the icing.
Wolves get a couple picks and a reasonably good SG option.
I think that makes both teams better.
Edit:
Oops, crap, Beasley + Randolph > Odom TPE.
Have to change it to Tolliver :/

They can have Ridnour and Tolliver but I'd rather keep Beasley than trade him for one late 1st.

I would be okay with it if both picks were included.

Who is this reasonably good SG we're getting? If its Barnes, he's about as much of a SG as Wes is. If its Kapono, HAAAA!!!!
We are on the brink of the playoffs. This trade screams blatant tanking, which would be dumb at this point. I've been one of the harsher posters on Beasley in the past, but some of these trades are beyond ridiculous.

I don't see how it's blatant tanking, it's not like we're giving up someone who is playing well. I don't think I like it though.

We'd be trading two of our top five scorers. Combined Kapono and Barnes don't even score as much as one of those two. Thats tanking.

Barnes still might be more effective than Beasley, and Ridnour's minutes could be replaced fairly easily I think. It might make us worse, but not by very much.

Despite the minor slump after Kevin Love's 2 game suspension, the team has been playing well overall
Unless we are getting an unreal package or an amazing fit, I wouldn't touch the team right now. In fact, as of now I wouldn't even trade Wes Johnson for similar talent; he is the best SG defender we have by far.
The only players I would be willing to trade right now are: Tolliver, Anthony Randolph, Darko, Webster and Barea. This year's draft will be loaded, so I would happily trade Derrick Wiliams for a top10 pick. Outside of that, I like the team.

He's more of a SG than Ridnour is ;o) But yes, that's who I meant.
I'm not sure if I'd do it or not but it was close, so I figured I'd post it.
Mostly this was a "collect assets trade to trade" to fill our holes with. I was thinking both LA's and Dallas's picks, but wasn't sure about the value. Barnes + 4 1st round picks gets us a better SG than Beasley + 2 1st round picks IMO. Even if those last 2 are late first rounders.

Barea? Really? Why? He's awesome, and I really mean that.

I dont know if he is awesome as you say, but he's definitely a good asset to have. Have a lot to prove still. Off-course I will trade him for a good deal, but I kind of like the kid. He brings a lot of heart to the game, and in my opinion our front-office paid him to much and 4 years....he doesn't have a good trade value.

If you watched him in the playoffs last year you'd know why he's here, and that he isn't overpaid. The other GM's certainly know he has value in the post season;
$4,300,000
$4,493,500
$4,687,000
$4,519,500
That is not a large deal, not at all.
Jonny Flynn is getting $3.4 million to sit on a bench in houston.

I don't like it. Just don't like kapono or barnes on this team and don't value the picks.

No other GM was willing to offer him more than $3M/year
In Barea's words, no other offers "even came close" to the Wolves offer.
