I saw his numbers last night. What happened? Was it garbage time?

When Love went out hurt and Beasley got yanked after a foul, Randolph picked up those minutes. He played well overall and was key in getting us back into the game after being 20 down. I just wish he would show more than just the occassional flash. He either looks like he did last night or he looks lost out there - not a lot in between.

I was more pleased by his defense than his offense. 5 blocks was nice to see.

I was excited when The Warriors drafted him. Nelson gave him no minutes or coaching. He's is still young & can help some team. So far he hasn't had much of a chance. I am assuming he won't be back with you guys next year. I appreciate the info guys.

You got to admit he is in good shape when you know how much he played this year (or not played).

I always saw potencial all-star in him... hope he make it sometime...

He's in the same boat as Beasley. No one is willing to be patient and let them mature and work the kinks out. If those two ever get that they could be dangerous.

Agree. They have a lot to learn and they need to find a team that can help them in that regard. Not many teams want to take the time. They probably need to be on a rebuilding team where wins don't matter as much. Maybe a really good team where they play sparingly at first but get plenty of great practice in can help too but I think actual in game play time would serve them best in conjunction wit the training.

I think things will click for Beasley within the next 2-3 seasons. He will probably be about 25-26 before he really starts to put it together. Randolph I'm not sure will ever find his role but I don't think he's helpless either.

He's such a freak..What a talent..He just stuffed Griffin for a 2nd time this game..If he could just get his s*** together for once..I'm a big fan of his potential..Have been since he dominated Vegas SL

I didn't see the Clippers game, but AR had decent numbers. Griffin must of have been a handful for him. I hope he gets more minutes before the season ends. You guys should really hold on to him. He's only 22. I blame Don Nelson for AR's sad career. He ruined him or tried to when he was a rookie.

He wasn't really guarding Griffin at all.

AR is finally showing what I wanted him to become. He's playing within the offense, showing a face up game, post game, pick and roll, being aggresive on the glass and blocking shots. He's exactly the big we need behind Love / Pek. I hope we can get this out of him for the long haul.

What is "it" that AR doesnt get?

He has always played well when he got minutes, beasley not as much.

And if he hit the shot? I saw a wide open D.Rose shoot an airball last nite after not playing for nearly a month, does he not get "it". If you are open and you are in your range you shoot the ball, case closed.

The only thing AR doesnt get is not being on a team with an idiotic coach, Don Nelson, Asstoni, and Adelman, could it get any worse.

Rose is a top 5 player in the NBA and didn't play because of injury. Not even close.

Check out ARs numbers when he plays 30 or minutes. You might be surprised. It's hard to do well when you don't get to play much. Some guys need to play more than a minute or two and not get yanked every time they make a mistake or two (typical Nelson, D'antoni and Adelman with young players) in order to get in the flow of the game.

AR's like that. He just needs minutes and for some coach to show some confidence in him. He should have been given minutes all season for you and not relegated to the bench. He played well for you last year when he was given the opportunity to get significant minutes.

This guy's classic! where can I read more of his posts? I'm always down for a good laugh.

Yeah, he seems like more of a rhythm guy. Some players are able to come off the bench cold and contribute but, honestly, I don't think Randolph is smart enough for that.

But I think the main reason he stopped getting minutes this season was because he's just too thin. The team had Love and Williams getting the lion's share of the PF minutes (and rightfully so) while Tolliver and sometimes Beas soaked up the rest. If Randolph could have played C he would have got all the minutes he could handle, with Darko fading away and Pek's eventual injuries.

That said, I'd bring him back next season. Since, more than likely, Beasley and Tolliver will be gone while Williams should be locking down the starting SF position, so there'll be enough minutes behind Love to give him consistent burn.

I agree with you but I also think it's a bit of a catch-22. He gets more minutes when he is playing well and gets less minutes when his brain is shut off.
