hustle and effort that will hopefully spread to others on the court, veteran leadership on a young international squad in the closing moments, some acrobatic finishes and rejections and around 10-12 point, 5-6 boards, 5+ assists (adelman likes using his bigs out of the high post while the guard go backdoor i suspect AK will pick up alot of dimes like this), and maybe 1.5 each thefts/blocks and probably another 3-4 hustle plays that create turnovers, also 50/50 balls, etc. that's his forte and where he'll really help.

For sure, and he will definitely get more than 2 APG. He will bring you guys to another level anong with Rubio and Love. Will be sick to watch.

that's the point i was trying to make you said it first

i can forsee a vlade divac type role here for AK in the wolves offense, and if im not mistake vlade used to post up 5+ assists per game on that wildly entertaining, unselfish and deep Kings squad

3.7 assists playing with rubio?? im not sure about that

Jazz fan here and huge AK fan. He did average 4 assists per game playing with Deron.
12,6, 3, 1.5, 1.5 if he gets more than 30 minutes a night. If he gets 35 minutes a night and gets involved in the offense, wouldn't be surprised if he was putting up 15, 7, 4, 1.5 and 2 blocks.

The key to AK is he needs to feel involved in the offence, the more involved he is the better his all around game comes out. I really don't think it matters if he plays PF.

15.7pts 6.5 rbs 2.1 asts 1.2 steals and 1.7 blocks

depending on how well roy plays, ak47 will most likely be our 2nd option offensively behind love, which could hurt us in the long run.

i have little doubt pek will be our 2nd option...ak47 will have very little time with the ball in his hands imo...what we will need from him offensively is to play the kind of game he is playing with russia..scoring off cuts, run outs and offensive rebounds...the ball is gonna be in rubio, shved and roy's hands a lot creating for other guys...we need ak to fit in without demanding the ball, he'll still get low to mid teen's with the cuts, rebounds and run out's though imo

Any updated predictions on AKs stats after watching him in the Olympics? I'm pretty optimistic.

At the moment AK is at his most comfortable. He's had a very light year of basketball. He's playing for his country with his countrymen. He is playing European style ball. They are easily getting the best AK there is to get.

I would like to think Adelman could get nearly as much from him. He certainly is getting paid to bring it so I hope his motivation stays high here. I doubt we can bring all the comforts of home but hopefully we will be the next best thing. If he shows 80% of what we are seeing in the Olympics here on a consistent basis I won't be unhappy.

I'm gonna be a little disappointed with less than 12/6/3/1+/1+ in about 30 minutes after getting a look at him. Dudes got a lot left in the tank, those who think otherwise haven't seen him lately.

Don't expect the 18/7 he's averaging.

I think his ceiling is somewhere around 15/5, but expect more like 12/4.

He'll get more than 4 rebounds ;)
12/5/3 is his "expected" stat line I think.
