Will Ricky Rubio be back by the start of the season?

Post#1 » by MagicTownBaller » Sat Jul 28, 2012 4:57 am

I'm a Magic fan, but I loved watching the Timberwolves last season. Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio are very exciting to watch play the game.

Anyways, if there's any news on Rubio, then I'd love to read it.

Thanks, I'm rooting for the T'Wolves to make the playoffs this season. They're my team on the west.

Not sure if he will be ready for the start of the season but it's looking like he is ahead of schedule. He will be evaluated by doctors soon to see if he can start running.

The earliest we've heard is late November, at least that's what Adelman said last week. We'll know more in a few days after he goes to Vail for the checkup.

I'm going to take a guess here and say Rubio comes back early December (like around the 7th) because Rose's ACL is going to be a ten month recovery and since Rubio is well ahead I think Rubio takes a month off his recovery time

the important thing is he comes back 100%, I like to think nothings going to get rushed but it seems to happen more often than not, is a December return....safe?

also I think Rubio's going to be a great locker room presence even before he returns to the floor. Heard some quotes about him trying to make the Wolves roster a "family"
