And yes, that's what I was angling at with Saric, his fit in Adelman's offense. I'm thinking he can play at SF based on clips but who knows. That and there aren't any guys I'd pick before him later in the draft.

From what I've seen and read about Saric, he's going to be too slow footed to defend the SF position in the NBA and will therefore have to play PF, same with Bjelica.

And from a physical standpoint Bjelica looks extremely soft. I'd rather have Williams.

I've got Otto Porter penciled in as our AK47 replacement down the road.

Kahn needs to find a way to get McLemore & Porter. We'd be set.

He won't go pro this year. But how nice would Nik Stauskas look on catch-and-shoot 3's with Rubio. Mmmmm

cj mccollum might've just dropped into our range. Not the perfect fit positionally, but I'll take talented scorers wherever we can get 'em

McLemore would be a fantastic fit for us. Athletic, great shooter, and has excellent defensive potential. I'd easily trade our 1st and D-will to snatch him up. :D Bill Self loves the kid.

Not saying this is accurate but the more I look at it, the better I feel about this upcoming draft. No there are no clear "superstars" or even 'stars' but I believe there is a decent amount of solid role-players that could be had in this draft. It's going to be a good draft for any team 10-20 because I don't feel there is quite the drop-off from the top-10 and anyone in the top-20 has the potential to be the best player taken in the draft. After the top-20 or so it does seem to drop off considerably. Especially if some guys don't declare. Next year will have a lot more 'star' power at the top however.

It appears that we can't have two picks in the upcoming draft unless we actively acquire another. If we "have" our own and Memphis' then we send Memphis' to Phoenix:

However, if Minnesota is entitled to receive Memphis' own 1st round pick (top 14 protected in the 2013 Draft, top 14 protected in 2014, top 14 protected in 2015, and top 14 protected in the 2016 Draft) via Houston, then Minnesota shall convey the less favorable of the two picks to Phoenix. If Minnesota does not convey to Phoenix a first round pick by 2016, then Minnesota shall convey to Phoenix Minnesota's own 2016 and 2017 second round picks. Mclemore is beasting vs iowa state right now. 6-6 from 3, 31 points, including the game tying 3 to force OT.
