Wolves to receive compensation for Webster trade

Both the Wolves and Blazers are sworn to secrecy, but one team source didn't deny that the compensation the Wolves are getting for the Martell Webster compensation claim is no more than a second round pick and/or cash. It's unknown when the league will make public that the case is closed, but it is. 1500ESPN.com

That is worded very poorly. Didn't deny that the compensation claim is no more than a 2nd/cash...

Well, it doesn't help that the posted article is making sure nobody understands it. I'd rather talk about something I'd understand. Otherwise, it's like holding speeches in school for me.
So, if there's anyone who understands the posted gibberish (I'm not faulting the OP in any way here, by the way) can that certain someone translate it?

And by extension, Portland is guilty of withholding medical evidence that was pertinent for the Wolves staff to evaluate Webster.
