Well maybe we can trade Amundson or Steimsma? They've been doing more harm than good all season long. Steimsma had a couple of good games and he's decent for a block or two.

Just remembered something else I can't stand - the FSN/Arby's backdrop they use for interviews. It's godawful ugly and distracting and do they really need to advertise ****ing Arby's? Really?

anything that gets enough eyes is going to attract a lame sponsor. its only a matter of time before your sig reads "this post brought to you by Arby's Beef N Cheddar 3 for $5 for a limited time only!" I'm guessing they're already in negotiations.

you see lupe, its all about the BENJAMINS. Life is never quite swanky enough no matter how much we try, so we need a bit of financing and Arby's can make that happen. Until then, we're tortured by a life of stress and discomfort until we finally win at life and everything is covered in memory foam. Then we can finally kick back and relax in true splendor.

I'm bored. I want us to make a trade and/or have a new rumor pop up. Mid February is too far away.

Man, I hate rain in January. It's been raining like crazy all morning and is suppose to turn over to snow later, then the temps are going to drop to 12 below tomorrow.

Yeah I hear its ugly up there. We had rain yesterday too in Marshall, but it stopped before temps dropped too far

I don't hate rain, regardless of the time of the year but it's been raining here for hours and the ground is still frozen. Imagine how awfully slippery and icy it has been. The worst thing about is that my way from/to work means I have to walk up/down a small hill. On my way home about two hours ago I actually had to go back a few yards because I was stuck on a small ramp. The other side of the road wasn't much better but I barely managed to get up the ramp. Fun times :D

I'm not liking where this is going. It's only going to get worse until the all star break when Shved, AK, and co. will get rejuvenated. If the trend continues, they'll be burnt out by mid March from carrying this team the rest of the way.

By that time, Rubio may or may not be close to getting his mojo back and then Love comes back with rust (if it's even worth bringing him back this season). Budinger is going to be rusty as well.

I just don't have faith in us making the playoffs anymore. West is just too much of a dogfight. We can't even stay healthy. I'd love to be proven wrong but I just don't see it.

I predicted it last season when we blew that OT loss in Utah after Rubio went down.

Can we please....

Post#28 » by Twolves1Fan » Fri Jan 18, 2013 1:24 pm

For the love of God and all that is holy, can we please find someone, anyone, who can hit an open jumper?

I don't care where he comes from or how big the rock is that we have to overturn to find him but dear God, we need somebody who can shoot the damn ball with any semblance of consistency.

We clank enough bricks each night to rebuild the Great Wall of China!!!!

And maybe do some layup drills while we're at it. Miss at least 5 gimme's a night too.

Sorry for the rant guys but my God, it's so frustrating watching my Wolves. I know everyone and their brother is injured right now (by the way, what's up with that???) but even before everyone went down we were struggling shooting the ball. Now it's even worse or it appears to be at least.

I'm trying to be patient!!! :x

As long as Gelabale checks for explosives in the Wolves Locker Room pre and post game, maybe he can hit an open jumper for us

I'm not even mad or angry. I'm really disappointed because there's pretty much nothing we can do about the current state of the team. Even a potential trade won't change it for the much better.

But I think disappointment is a worse feeling than anger.

Monday night we got 7-8 inches of snow. I was out of town for work Monday and Tuesday plus my snowblower is broken so I called my wife Tuesday morning and asked her to find someone to plow our driveway (our driveway is 350 ft long). I called her back Tuesday evening and, no she hadn't made any phone calls (too busy working her jigsaw puzzle). I called again before I left work yesterday and she said I could drive in.

So I get home last night to find she had taken the Jeep and run up and down the driveway several times. I barely (and I mean barely) made it in, almost getting stuck five times and had to park outside the garage because I couldn'y get in my stall. I get out pissed and ask her what the story was. She "couldn't find anybody". Turns out she made one call to someone who was at work at the time. So this morning I had to take the Jeep to work which costs me an extra $30 in fuel and to top it off, I get an 18 inch crack in my windshield that I now have to get fixed. It is now 35 degrees colder than it was on Tuesday, the driveway is half packed and frozen hard with ruts, and my car is outside, all of which make it exponentially harder for someone to plow.

Seriously, WTF is wrong with women? I'm at work 95 miles away and she is home unemployed atm and she can't pick up the **** phone to make a **** call? I swear if she wasn't my wife...
