The other teams would also have better ratings, if only the starters are count, I guess?

With the sheer amount of complaining we do about this team, you'd think we were lottery bound.

Then we take a step back and realize that we are 4th in the west.

Hey, there is still a lot to be optimistic about. We are 12-8 with guys like Tyus, Bazz and Patton who still have alot to show and Wiggins might have upped his monthly Quota of good games

I love Tyus Jones. He gets physically over-matched at times, but I don't care. He is just a great team-player on offense and defense.

Good news:

Bazz might not be the worst defensive player in the league.

Bad news:

Kat and Bazz are 2nd and 3rd worst.

Wolves are 2nd in the division and 5th in the West.

Pretty good considering that we are starting:

A locker room cancer.
2 overpaid free agents.
A bust.
The worst defensive player in the league.

Seriously....

Reading this board right now, you'd think we were challenging for worst team in NBA history.

No, this team isn't perfect. Far from it, actually. But if we're playing as horrible as everyone thinks right now and are still a playoff team, where will this team be when it starts to gel?

People are so dead set on being the first to make a proclamation so that they're the smartest person in the room, it's sickening. If a player is struggling right now on defense it doesn't mean he'll struggle on defense for the rest of his career or even the rest of the season. If a player isn't strong in the post compared to guys 5 years older and 30-40 pounds stronger than him it doesn't mean it'll be the case for the rest of his career. If a player hasn't shown the improvement you wanted to see 20 games into the season it doesn't mean it'll never happen.

we finished November with a 104.6 drtg which showed we were heading in the right direction.

In december we are 112 drtg, but I will attribute that to tired legs and playing 3 games in 4 nights with our starters logging heavy minutes.

Weve been bad this month, not because we are bad, but because we are tired.

Ill also say that due to travel, we've probably had the least amount of practice time of any team this year.

China games + living on a plane for the first 25 games isnt helping our team gel together on the court.

So yeah. We arent trading anyone unless the Guangdong Southern Tigers want to make a deal for Bazzy.

We are breathing down the neck of a home court advantage first round.

Yet people around here make it sound like we suck ass.

We are having a great season.

We’re not breathing down the neck of it, right now we’d have it.

19-13 right now.

Just soak that in for a franchise that has won less than 19 games in 3 of the previous 8 seasons.

Wins only get you 5 pages in a thread.

Crap talking Wiggins and Kat gets you closer to 20.
