This is stand still jumpers. I would say that his footwork on pull up jumpers is even more impressive.

Of the options I picked Isaac.

Don't really like any of them though to be honest.

No official remarks that I know of. Thibs said a few things at the combine -- (1) that big needs are shooting and defense, and (2) that it is important to find guys that compliment are main scorers. I think Isaac checks a lot of those boxes, which is also probably why Issac is being mocked to us by ESPN (Ford), DX, the Ringer, SI, and BR (Wasserman).

I think the top 5 are set in stone with Fultz, Ball, Jackson, Tatum & Fox. What Orlando does with pick 6 is anyone's guess. They could take just about anyone there.

I can't see Orlando taking Isaac to cause another issue with playing time for Gordon. My order is a bit different anyhow.

Fultz, Jackson, Monk slots in at pg on defense, Simmons runs the offense, 4 is where I see Isaac going, Ball to Sacramento, DSJ to Orlando.

I don't expect to have the choice to draft Isaac, I do with Tatum.

I've never seen someone flip the net onto the rim that consistently. I don't know how that speaks to his shooting skill, but it was interesting.

1) Jonathan Isaac

2) Malik Monk

3) Dennis Smith

4) Lauri Markkanen

5) Zach Collins

6) Ntilikina

7) Anunoby

I go Isaac number 1 because he has so much length and the potential to be a an upper echelon defender and very decent offensive player. Perfect fit for our squad.

Monk has the more ice in his veins than anyone else on this list, and that'd be a fantastic addition to this team in a Jamal Crawford type role.

I'd be pretty disappointed if we ended up with Smith on draft night, but I put him above the rest of the players on the list because I view everyone below him to just be a solid role player or worse, whereas Smith has a chance to be something if it all comes together for him. That's a risk I'm not fond of taking, though...especially with Dunn and Rubio on the roster.

Anunoby could be a FANTASTIC role player...but you don't aim for role players at #7. His offense outlook looks to be pretty lackadaisical.

One would think Isaac will be there at pick seven.

Looking at picks 3-6:

3. 6ers - drafted Simmons last year, also have Saric at PF, need guards, also need shooters to put around Simmons
4. Suns - drafted 2 pf's top 8 last year, need either a PG or SF
5. Kings - drafted Skal (PF) last year, need a PG or possibly a SF
6. Magic - have Gordon (PF), have needs almost everywhere else.

Best fits:
3. Monk, DSJ
4. Jackson, Ball, Tatum, Fox
5. Fox, Ball, Tatum, DSJ
6. Tatum, Monk, DSJ

Going to be interesting to see what Philly does. Monk is such a good fit for them.

Isaac or DSJ

Both fill a need.

Isaac as a glue type guy that can fit with the starters.

DSJ can be that explosive 6th man to replace Bazzy.

This post is assuming Isaac plays 100 percent of his minutes at PF

Take Isaac or auction Tatum to the highest bidder (hopefully in a trade down to take Isaac).

Not out the gate but his eventual best position is PF.

I love Isaac and want him in the worst way but it doesn't look like it's going to happen. Isaac has worked out twice for Phoenix and says he won't work out for anyone else, including us. Phoenix obviously promised he'd not drop past them. So there you have it.

Obviously Phoenix thinks Isaac can play the 3. He might even be a better 3 than 4.

I think it's a mistake and partly why I've been so cautious about him. But Isaac to the Suns is a very real possibility.

I think Jackson is a bad fit in Philly but that's probably going to happen too unless Fox has really wowed them in workouts.

The Lakers could still go and mess all this up even more. What's the fallout if Ball doesn't go 2?

I thought that too.

Not sure if it will happen as my people in LA seem to think it's a lock. His Family has been seen all over town thank to his loudmouth dad announcing where he will be for autographs. (LA loves drama.)

But.....There is also talk of Jackson. (Pretty sure Magic is covering all bases.)

So, I think Philly would jump on him, and then the fallout is minimal. I think Issac is going to Phx, that's where the fallout could happen. Either way I think the top 7 are pretty set.

It will be difficult to disappoint me on draft day.

At this point I'd be happy with Isaac, Tatum or DSJ. and I would be alright with Lauri, Monk, Frank, or Zach Collins.

From what I read the other day, Ball wasn't even in shape for his workout with LA. They're bringing him back in again, if they haven't already. Reminds me of Corey Maggette's workout here when he couldn't keep his lunch down he was so out of shape. Do you take a guy like that #2 if you're LAL? I don't. Add in his dad, which shouldn't be a factor but it is and always will be with him, and I look elsewhere or trade down.

I would definitely take Jackson before Ball

I take Isaac and run if he's there. Looking less likely thatll happen.

Maarkkanen is intriguing next to KAT, and the rise of Zinger in NY has given me new hope of 7 foot euros coming over and competing in the NBA.

I dont really want to take a PG unless we're drafting one for someone(chicago) and we're getting Butler.
