I would have said absolutely yes yesterday but i watched a video of Porzingis working out today and I can't shake the image. It's shocking at how poor of a natural athlete he is and his super stiffness has me thinking he might be unable to move at age 27 like Yao.

My overnight thoughts were that Porzingis may be a Celtic by tomorrow. They could offer 3 and Brown, for example. Maybe 3 and IT?

Thanks for that.

As crazy as it might sound I'd think they'd much rather trade IT than Brown. He's due for a massive deal(potentially 180+ million) and at 5'9 getting paid that into his 30's and coming off what might be a significant hip injury his future is murky with the Celtics, especially with Ainge.

Replace Zach with Dunn and I would do it

I would do it with Dunn or Lavine. That draft year I became obsessed with Porzingis and watched about 15 of his Euro games. He was #2 easily for me behind KAT. He may slow down slightly when he gets older and become a true center, but he'll devastate other centers with his crazy reach, shooting ability, and athleticism for a 7'3" guy.

I like KP and his fit alongside KAT but taking back Noah makes me want to vomit. If we don't take back Noah I'd send LaVine, but by taking back Noah I'd lessen the offer.

Another reason to draft DSJ (if Isaac has been selected ahead of the Wolves).

Layden and Thibs did say they may move up in the draft.

As of right now i'm thinking the pick is Isaac if he is there or Zach Collins if not. Either by trade down or just picking him at 7.

Hopefully Phil expands his range from top 4 to 7 and we can give them 7 + Zach for Porzingis.

How the heck does Dallas think they are gonna get up to 4? 2 unprotected future 1st round picks?

At this point, the only way I think I'll be upset is if we pass on Isaac or Tatum at 7. Everything else I can probably be OK with.

I am official excited...

According to you all we will close some deal tonight? I mean about move up or down or maybe trade with some great name (porz)?

I would be very surprised if we moved up. If Isaac is there I think they would just pick him. If Isaac is gone a trade down seems to be a strong possibility

I'll lose faith in Thibs should he draft either Collins or Markkanen at no. 7. Both players could be had in trade with either Dallas or Sacto.

That assumes those teams are willing to trade up. Sometimes you just have to take who you're going to take.
