Teague and Rubio averaged the same amount of turnovers.

Interesting. Career-wise Rubio has higher annual turnovers per game (.6).

Lowry 3 years, $33 mil per year
Jrue 4 years $25 mil per year
George Hill, 3 years, $19 mil per year
Teague 3 years, $19 mil per year
Rubio 2 years, $14.5 mil per year

Hill is reportedly not the best locker room presence. Wolfson tweeted about it today.
Jrue is too expensive ad too many years for my liking.
Lowry would have been my choice for even this price if he was 2 years younger. Massive overpay in year 2 and 3 this way in my opinion...
Rubio is not the right fit with the addition of Butler. Needed someone more reliable from the three who can also finish at the rim.
all I ever needed was somebody with some reason who can keep me sane
Ever since I can remember, I've been keepin' it together, but I'm feelin' strange

RR is the best value PG but Thibs doesn't think he fits with what he's building so I'll go with that. Lowry and Holiday are too expensive, Hill didn't want to play for Thibs.

Pretty much echo this. Rubio best value, but worst fit. Jrue way overpaid. Hill has injury concerns + didn't seem to like idea of being with Flip. Lowry would have been most ideal but the contract is too much at his age.

Gimme Teague.

Lowry > Tague + Taj for us. No reason to believe he's not gonna be at this level until 35-36.

Teague....

He's quietly 2nd to Lowry but younger and a better fit for the system.

Would have preferred Lowry over any of the guys. Quality > Quantity. We would have had a great big 4.

Teague isn't better than Ricky IMO, but is a better fit (I guess)

Lowry 3 years, $33 mil per year (1)
Jrue 4 years $25 mil per year
George Hill, 3 years, $19 mil per year (2)
Teague 3 years, $19 mil per year (5)
Rubio 2 years, $14.5 mil per year (2)

Hill's deal is tempting, especially since it's partially guaranteed in the 3rd year. But Hill and Holiday are too injury prone for a roster without a lot of depth on it.

Despite his own injury issues, I would have kept Rubio because I think he was just starting to turn a corner with his shooting and his contract would have allowed to add some more depth to the roster.

Teague would be by second choice.

Because I like Ricky and want to see if last year's improvement sticks. Also think he presents the highest upside of the options.

Teague would be my number two. Lowry dropping below due to contract, Hill because combining his recent injury history with the Thibs seems like tempting fate, Jrue due to a combination of both. Teague also seems stylistically closest to the type of PG that has had the most success with.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''

I think Teague will work well with Thibs. He's the PG type, Thibs wants and Thibs was successful with. So i'm okay with that.
Lowry is too expensive, Jrue is too expensive and injuryprone, Hill has some injury concerns, is older than Teague and is a bad playmaker.
