Roll with what we have and hope it clicks during playoffs :)

The problem is that you build this team not for one season. Look at HOU, MIA, SAS or BOS. They invest in future now without sacrificing current results. They use 10 day contracts, they sign players with potential to non guaranteed multi year deals, they use gleague and free roster spots as advantage. Better roster management is a key. I understand that Thibs values loyalty, see Dieng, Shabazz Wiggins contracts, but I'd rather let players go, trade, waive, release in order to be more flexible. He instead overpaid every FA, because he had no choice. For instance, if we test MGH, Brown, Amile we can sign them this summer to cheap contracts. If we get Tony Allen we offer him contract so he can play for a good team (us).

Marshon Brooks was killing it in China. Why didn't we give him a look.

Stat keepers question.......Are we the worst 3 pt shooting team in the NBA?

Can we sign Zach LaVine back in free agency? Is he restricted? 4 years $72?

We are well over the salary cap, so the most we can offer is the tax-payer MLE, which means $5.2 mil his first year. Clearly CHI would match that. I suppose CHI could do a sign-and-trade, but why?

I just don't think we are the greatest fit for LaVine any more. I think he's an NBA starter, but he's not going to start here over Butler or Wiggins at SG. Are you ready to bring him in to be your starting 1? And what do we do with Teague then? Crawford?

I love that kid, but it would be a bad career move for him to come here.

Just dreaming. And no, we saw how great of a PG he was. Not.

It's why Minnesota picked up Crawford and he's a very flawed player at this point in his career.

I'm thinking he signed here knowing he'd get guaranteed minutes from thibs while he'd be a limited bench player on other playoff bound teams.
