It made ZERO sense why Bjelly would get inconsistent playing time. I get that he was hesitant at times, but in these SAC games, he's doing anything he wants on the court which leads me to believe Thibs MADE certain players hesistant in fear of getting yanked

Thibs simply doesn't coach to a players strength. I think that's why his former players are comfortable; they fit what he wants.

Guys like rubio, bjelly, and even wiggs and kat now aren't used well. Thibs is trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. He didnt adjust to his players.

What is up with the Sixers? Why are they struggling so much this season?

Also going by early play, I think the east has really moved forward this season. I'd say Boston, Bucks, Raptors, and maybe Sixers are probably as good or better than any team in the west that's not GS. They are not as good as Houston either when they are on their game but Houston has looked bad all season so far.

I dont get it either. Bjelly was so frustrating for us, now he seems to be pulling every trigger.

Sixers biggest problem is their half court offense...they lack shot creators...Embiid being their best shot creator says it all...I have watched a lot of Sixers games this season...I feel like teams now know how to exploit Simmons weaknesses...Simmons is still refusing to shoot any jumpers or even open shots, making it even easier to defend against him...even Fultz is meh shooting wise...I just don't see how Sixers are gonna succeed with the trio of Embiid, Simmons and Fultz unless Simmons learns how to shoot a jumper or Fultz's shooting improves massively...none of the them are good shooters and shot creators. They can really use someone like Jimmy right now

We need the rockets, Sixers, and Heat in a huge bidding war. Then the Celtics come in out of nowhere with a nuclear offer and we get the haul of a lifetime. XD

Sixers should be desperate for a Butler type player as he would go some way to solving their problems (and they have plenty tbh)

Basically, they have minimal depth, a paucity of shooters, players out of form (notably Saric who couldn't hit water from a boat and is a defensive sieve) and Brown is trying to force Simmons & Fultz to co-exist on the floor despite admitting that it isn't working

Can't expect players to go off for 20+ when they REFUSE to shoot the ball even when wide open.

Bjelica was **** MVP in Euroleague.
While it may not be NBA level...the dude is smart and knows how to play basketball. Euroleague is no god damn college basketball. It's professionals who do nothing else in their lives other than putting a ball through a hoop.

Now he leaves the Wolves and immediately starts to prove himself in Sacramento.
Odds tell me that in this case scenario...it is very likely that the Wolves were too incompetent to realize his value.

Great coaches always find a way to use players strengths to their advantage.
Our coach does not do that. He has certain players who fit into his system and those who don't fit into his mind are eventually gone. Just remember how long it took Thibs to let Rubio run the plays...which led to dramatic improvement for the last few weeks...

Bucks went from 18th defensively last year to 2nd this year. DAMN what a turn around.

Benz and JimPete said in a game, I think it was vs. Cavs, Bjelica told them flat out he would afraid to miss two shots in row because he felt like he was going to be pulled

Kidd had them playing a weird, super aggressive trapping defense when he was coaching, and I believe were in bottom five at the time he was fired

Well, Kidd had them playing to how he wanted them to play, not to the strengths of the players on the squad.

Sound familiar? Theres a reason why ex-buills seem to flourish in thibs' system while others flourish once they leave.

What's crazy is, if you think about it, the wolves take curry, the NBA as a whole could have a totally different play style. Cheese ball threes may not be the go to like they are today. That may have reshaped the league.

Wolves probably wouldn't have picked up his option due to his injuries.

Too early to say Hayward is done. It takes a long time to come back from a serious injury probably wont be the same all season.

Embid is CLOWING Drummond. Its pretty embarrassing, on NBA TV Ledlow is laughing her butt off at him. Dude is probably pissed, all the hosts are cracking up now.
