RIP Tolliver he aint coming back
RIP Bayless, we don't want him back
RIP Rose, we wont be able to pay him
RIP Tyus, someone will give him too big of a deal

Been a horrible season let's hope we can bounce back.

You think someone will offer Tyus too big of a deal?

That leaves us with (most likely) Teague and that's it..unless we take a PG in the draft or sign a PG in FA like Rubes

Zero chance Minnesota does not retain Tyus unless he is offered like fifteen million a year, he is absolutely going to be part of the team next season.

Oddly satisfying game. The team played really well throughout the vast majority of the game (44 minutes of it). Wiggins and Dieng showing a pulse late in the season. Saric still looks like a versatile and valuable piece, just needs to become a more consistent shooter. KBD rebounds the ball well and defends. Reynolds may be an actual bench player for next season. 24 assists as a team. Held Denver to under 100. Enjoyable to watch team basketball. And protected the draft position in the end.

We almost beat the Nuggets with just Wiggins and Dieng lol
If anything I'm pretty happy with the performance
also Wiggins was fouled on that last play...

If KAT doesn't get his bonus we are going to be like 18M under the tax. The MLE is 9M so if Tyus is offered more than that we could only spend part of the MLE. Personally I think Tyus won't get offered more than 9M and I'm not sure KAT gets his bonus.

Noticed the surge as well - not sure how to explain it, but it seems that once Rose went out and we ran more through KAT, Wiggins and Dieng benfitted (is that a word?).

Imo it's Saunders. That and getting rid of the 2 pg system and letting Wiggins play point forward

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
