Every time I look at these photos I realize how underdeveloped rookies are. I mean even if we compare Covington to Culver we can see the difference. Hopefully with right nutrition and athletic coach, our rookies will improve a lot. Reid, Culver, Nowell, Okogie, KBD, Bell, Vonleh have good phyisical tools to work on.

That's not just about being a rookie but being a different body type. Not all players are created the same.

Correct, but still that functional muscles cant be developed in one year.

Isn't Rosas hiring a bunch of his buddies from Houston, and where he worked before? Just seems as if all have had previous relationships before, and now there are getting jobs. Surrounding himself with loyal employees. I could be and probably am wrong. But it sure seems like it.
