Our top two guys have zero mental toughness and are not highly competitive. That’s the biggest factor in my opinion, which is very very bad if you think about it. Good luck changing that.

Fun with RPM: Wolves ordered by Minutes Played, RPM rank out of 431 NBA players

Towns: 42
Wiggins: 81
Covington: 138
Teague: 291
Culver: 229
Okogie: 249
Graham: 423
Layman: 162
Dieng: 165
Bates-Diop: 176

Treveon Graham ever getting a single minute in the NBA continues to confuse me.

We have 2 in the top 100, that's bad.

What are some other teams in our range?

Trade Towns, Wiggins (while still playing okay) and Covington and rebuild.

This team is going nowhere even if we add an impact player in D Lo

Starting the season Wiggins was a negative assets.
After his improvements, both from offensive and defensive perspective, can we consider him as a positive assets?

Saunders :banghead:

To attempt to be fair, Saunders likely has little choice. They chose to keep him as coach because they could control him and player game decisions more than an established older coach. All others interviewed were of similar age/experience.

The analytic guys and GM and his new assistants likely largely tell Saunders who is supposed to be effective or not, thus leaning on and leading to his decisions on who plays. Wasn't one of the new assistants or front office guys the one with the Graham ties from his previous team? I don't remember which guy that was.

KAT to warriors for number one pick and dlo and filler lol
And to wolves luck it’s a draft without a superstar at number one smh

I sense the joking in your voice here. But just to confirm, who would want Dlo on a max without Kat being here? No one. Kat's happiness with Dlo was one of the reasonings given for assuming another max for a another not-quite max type player.

Plus, if Kat is getting traded some team is giving up many years of picks for him. Not one and junk. This team turned down 4 FRPs for Butler. Granted the resolve of these two players can't be compared at this time, but only one of them is capable of putting 30 on the floor for a straight up month of games.

It's a dilemma...The roots of a losing culture are still here. We saw a few green shoots but lurking under the soil is a big cesspool of losing which kills any new life.
