Meh.. we are a bad team but we can play better. I think we will at some point this season. I'm not too mad, just gonna sit back and let Rosas do his thing. The Crabbe man will shine soon.

I hope that one and done playoff appearance was worth it...mpj would have been nice and give us so much more assets.

wow ... Denver is sooooo much better, far more depth, and work so much harder. Kinda like every team we play.

Kudos to Okogie on his effort/performance. The rest of the team don’t deserve a shower.

I don’t know how Jim Pete can hold back game after game. But I guess after while, you become to understand the norm and accept it. And I apologize upfront, but I can’t take these two women post game on FSN. Can’t do it. Just can’t

Just a whiny entitled crybaby. I can’t stand him anymore. Screams and cries he’s fouled then needlessly fouls seconds later.

Didn't know Davin Adelman was on the Nuggets. Good for him.

LOL Last year everyone was saying that about Thibs. How there was no joy, how miserable it was to watch. Then he got fired and everyone got so happy, said a huge cloud was gone. Now we are back to miserable. If the wolves ever do get good and become a constant contending team I will never let anyone forget how bad us fans had it before the good times came. Just decades of misery. I'm gonna be that old guy who's constantly like.

He dont understand how that motivates his opponent as he “the mental midget” concedes his frustration. Any worthy opponent smells blood in the water.

Saunders needs to set up a play for RoCo and Crabbe. Those two will give the opposing team a hard time running around trying to catch up with them. But too bad, i know it wont happen

I would go back to that roster and winning two and losing two all season long, and a first round exit every year over this Wiggins/Towns thing. Something good better come out the other end of this thing because this has been a lot to put up with year in and year out.

It will be so much less mentally taxing when I don't have to watch max contract Wiggins get outplayed by yet another young wing who surpasses him. It's demoralizing.

Wiggins needs to find that handle again, that was money for us early in the season. I couldn't believe how good it got. Now he is Mr. Bobble hands.

Agreed.

They need to just get rid of him, period. If somehow someone is offering expirings or whatever, like that Charlotte poster who was in the trade thread not too long ago, they better take it and run. Because I'll happily take him having revenge games against us 2-4 times a year to watching him suck it up 75+ times a year.

Post game ... good stuff

Ryan has no answer to the question, “why has the defense struggled with town and Wiggins back”

Then, “Ryan, do you wanna be like the Nuggets where you can be missing 3 key players and still dominate?”

Ryan said, “we have to get better” :o

He looked frazzled

Wiggins just doesn't have the mindset to be a core piece. His physicality is just bad and motor is inconsistent. If we can trade him for Batum, then I'm packing his bags and driving him to the airport.

Towns you can clearly build around, but the complaining is getting annoying just like Love's complaining did.

Towns and Roco are the only starters currently. Culver as well if he can keep improving like he has done this season. Napier, Okogie, Dieng, Layman could all be bench players. Wiggins might actually be best as a fit for the bench, but he is probably too sensitive for that role, and that would just tank his value.

I worry that we don't have enough time to get the assets to build around Towns. We have one or two seasons of bad play before we should consider trading him for some crazy trade package.

I think we are to the point where we need to move away from Wiggins as an offensive center piece and let him just be whatever ... I’ve seen high school and college kids go through this fixation that they are more than what they are. By now he’d be excelling at some aspect of the game, but he isn’t ... not even close. He will likely never play his best until he can start over on another team playing a role for the minimum.

Ugh, not an enviable position having to answer for the two core guys’ lack of defense. I don’t really see that as Ryan’s fault, neither in terms of strategy/coaching or the leadership/buy-in aspect of being coach. Then again I’m no coaching expert either.
