I think this needs it's own thread if one isn't started, (considering all the new players.)

Not sure where we were ranked a month ago, (I think about 15-17) Now we jumped to the 5th highest payroll in the league.
Can we put future cap issues/questions here? How the hell do we make any moves this summer? Isn't the cap going down this year?
