Alright guys. Everyone has to learn Spanish this time around.

I wonder if he's happy to be coming back or not. I know he'll play hard either way.

Are KG and Rubio the two most beloved Wolves?

Is anyone else in the conversation?

Pek’s a good name. Pooh? Sam Mitchell? Cassell? I heard last year many liked Isiah Rider?

Doug West? Tony Campbell? Heck, I remember when we tried to play Luc Longley and Felton Spencer together. Maybe that’s why I’m so terrified of the two big system now. I’m still scarred.

Zach, maybe? KAT is a beast and so was Love, Idk if they are loved like Ricky and KG were or even close to it.

Towns and Love kind of similar imo. Both super awesome players but both have a whiny petulance about them that makes it hard to really love them the way you can a Ricky, Zach, or Brew. We like guys that play hard and show a bit of their heart.

Small clarification on the trade: James Johnson cannot be included as salary until he officially exercises his player option (I think he has another day or 2).
That's why he couldnt be announced as part of the trade.
There are other avenues to make the salary work if he declines (highly unlikely), which would involve sending out culver + 3 o 4 others, or creating enough cap space which might include renouncing beasley+ juancho and the MLE.

Very very interesting
... What do you think is most likely?

Wasn't thrilled about the Edwards pick (though I like him more than Ball)... but this...

Seriously though, I'm really excited at the potential of this and I think it's an amazing opportunity for everyone.

Rubio was a unique ray of sunshine during dark days for the franchise and it seems like an injustice being undone by Rosas for the fans, but not like KG coming back was. Ricky's best basketball is ahead of him and with KAT and DLo... this could be really fun to watch (especially if I'm wrong about Edwards).

What a weird swing (I wasn't super upset with the Edwards pick when I saw it, but wasn't thrilled), but when I saw that the Rubio trade was actually happening... well damn, that somehow made me legitimately hopeful for the Wolves again.

HIS FIRST NBA GAME

Because of the injury I think some of us forget about how special his rookie year was. For the first time since KG I felt that any night the Wolves could beat any team. Which was a huge change from being used to getting blown out of many games a year.

The Spanish Unicorn is back!!!

He's always had Westbrooks number. Westbrook can't seem to stand him and Ricky just outclasses him everytime.

the next game...
