We need better guard play along with a better 4. Can't get away with Rubio and Okogie out there killing your ability to shoot. Rubio's shooting has fallen off a cliff this season and Okogie has never been a shooter. I really think we need to start McDaniels at PF with KAT., even more so when Rubio is starting. Maybe you can get away with Okogie if Dlo is starting.

All of these teams have 3+ guys who can drain the long ball from the 2-3 spots. This team has 3 good shooters in KAT, Beasley, and Russell.

A handful of medicore-ok shooters in Edwards, Nowell, Reid, Layman, McDaniels, etc.

And a bunch of bad shooters like Okogie, Rubio, Culver, Vanderbilt,

Need more good shooters from the 1-3.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

It should be the end of a lot of things. It won't be, though.

So **** sick of these rotations and this team.

Borrego plays his player's hot hand (Rozier) the ENTIRE 4th and we love trotting out lineups that get stale on offense. Yes, it works sometimes, but that's the thing about basketball, it can go any way on any given night..if it's not working, you need to start putting your hot players back in like Ant/KAT..KAT gets a pass because he just came back, but Rozier/Melo/Hayward played the most minutes over any of our players and we played Beasley the most and our best player 31 min..

Jordan Mclaughlin was OWNING it every minute he came in and can't even finish the game.

Not to mention Josh being a cone on offense, i'd take Layman,Juancho,Vanderbilt,Mcdaniels over him at the 4 and yet he gets the minutes every game..it sucks because he's a SG in reality, but has to play big due to this **** fest of a roster

Ryan is brain dead as a coach.

We need to take our chances at a top 3 pick this year and develop Ant, he can get his shot off any time and his handles are way better than it looked in college. We need the ball to run through him

WE have a strong minute cap on our stars which is weird, most teams play their stars a lot more than we do. A guy like Beasley will get 34 minutes and that's it, other teams will push that guy to 40 if need be. Teams get an edge on us a lot as they will put a guy out for a whole quarter or so and let then get in a lather and crush us.

Lamelo Ball is going to win the Rookie of the Year over Anthony Edwards because the Hornets win games. Timberwolves have been the worst team this year. Can’t overcome, can’t upset, can’t do anything right.

A quote I will never forget is when Derozan played heavy minutes(I think it was him, could be someone else) and a reporter asked Ryan about that and he said "they were desperate for a win" like we're not the worst team in the league trying to get any win possible

That’s why you should never trust when people say it’s a weak draft class. There is good talent every year. You have to find it.

It's going to go down in history as a really good draft. There will be so many 10 year players out of this draft it will be unusual.

Draft is a lot more talented than I thought. I'm still not sure about Edwards personally, I think he can still bust but there is definitely talent/potential there. He has a lot to work on. He needs to get masterful at finishing and better at handling. Those are two skills that are really hard to develop if you don't have them coming into the NBA but if he does do that, then he will be a force. His jumper is probably always going to be streaky as that's another skill that is incredibly hard to fix in the NBA, guys like Rubio, Rondo, spend whole careers trying to fix their jumpshots.

Sounds like a starting pg, sg, sf when Dlo is out. If only someone whispered that in Ryan's ear with a jackhammer.

Timberwolves curse I think brought on by thoughts of achieving better picks. They just don't really care. Seems like the same story no matter what era. Remember Rubio and Love trading injury outages, then Pek joined in. Could rarely get them all together enough.

I was really concerned about Edwards early on, whether he was going to have any gameIQ ever or whether he was going to be a long term limited ceiling because of that. But I've been surpised to see things like euro footwork looking more natural already coming in from either side the basket. There were a couple games where his touch from 0-3ft was pretty amazing. But's yeah it has been kind of a mixed bag with the finishing skills, jumpers, and game IQ. Rookies. He just gets to that rim so flippin easy when he goes in determined with no hesitation. Hope he continues to expand and learn to play off ball more yet. He can always circle back ni a year or two and end up a point years later once the speed is more comfortable and he plays with more awareness of everyone else.
