Start Juancho the rest of the year. Use Vando as an energy big.

Rubio, Beasley, McDaniels, Juancho, Towns has to be your starting lineup next game. If not, you’re simply rewarding poor play.

That might have been the worst game I've ever seen.
I'm going to heaven after sitting through that one.*

I'm still shaking my head about yesterday's game, how in the world I keep watching this team, wow.

The negativity when this team loses is terrible and we all need to celebrate.
Doesn't sound like the players are taking too much from the game:

Don't you think the fact the Wolves can grit out a win when they don't deserve it is something to celebrate?

There is something about the forward pairing of McDaniels and Hernangomez that is intriguing.

It's easy to see why many might believe Houston handed them a win vs. the Wolves gritting out a win.
It was an atrocious game any way you slice it.
I think the Wolves take the gifted win and win again tonight... while playing much better.

Of course, but it's one the Wolves of the last 15 years have often failed to pull out no matter how much the opponent tried to gift it to us.

The Wolves didn't grit out a win. The Rockets and their tank commander John Wall threw it away.

Over the past 15 years... it was much more likely the Wolves were the one entering the game on a 1 - 21 slide...
The NBA should be investigating the recent betting history of veteran and 5-time NBA All Star, John Wall, after that 4th quarter performance.

No, what Sugarless said is correct. What is there to celebrate when one team tries and the other doesn't?

Again, that hasn't always mattered in the past

For you, where the team ends up doesn't matter.
It's looking more and more as if the Wolves will pass the likes of Detroit, Houston, Orlando and maybe Washington, thus dropping the percent to keep the pick. I will contend losing this year's pick is far more devastating than if it conveyed in 2022 until I'm blue in the face.

We have a 60 percent chance to lose the pick no matter what, I think its more devastating to look like absolute trash, hand the Warriors the 4th pick, and have the dark cloud of that trade hanging over us for years. I'd rather have the team look like it's trending up, give the Warriors a pick in the 6-10 range, and not have to worry about our future firsts.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

Even though they won, you don't think the Wolves look like "absolute trash" last night?
I wouldn't be complaining if the win came against a team not in the bottom three.

Yes we looked bad. We still have potential to be better, we have looked much better in some recent games. It's not a magic switch where we will suddenly be good, good teams are built and we need to use all of these remaining games to build this team up. Next season we need to contending for the playoffs, there is a huge gap between where we are now and where we need to be in 9 months to do that, that works needs to start now.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

Why cant you just give the team credit? They played near perfectly the last 7:30 minutes
LETS GO WOLVES!!!

Because they didn't 'play near perfectly'. It's as simple as that.
Houston played no defense and they kept shooting themselves on the foot on offense. The Wolves went only 5-12 from the field and they shot ten FTs to Houston's zero despite how much contact there was inside, cause the refs didn't give them anything and the Rockets didn't even care.
Would you think they played near perfectly if the Rockets had made a few shots, not turned the ball over absurdly -even bouncing it off their feet- and gone to the line and made some FTs? Would you think the same with the Wolves losing by 6 or 7 points then?
