Karl should be back but the Bucks are no joke. Interestingly, I was listening to Dane Moore's podcast, and man, the Wolves are SIGNIFICANTLY better when KAT plays. I know people like to give him crap and say he's not a winner etc, (I hate that talk) but regardless of how you feel, he does have a huge impact, yes, his teams aren't winning but his teams are really really bad.

You could put just about any other NBA star in his place, and maybe they win some more games but they will still be a bad team. I can't wait until KAT is finally playing for a really good team. Here are some stats that stood out.

-Since the all-star break, the Wolves have outscored opponents by 7 points while KAT was on the floor, when he is of the floor they have been outscored by 102 points. Net rating of -18.4 points.

-When KAT and DLO are playing together, the net rating is +7.1. Just DLO, -19.0, 26 point swing.

-With Beasley net rating is +1.9 Beasley without KAT -13.4.

-Threes drop significantly without KAT across the board.

-Edwards and KAT net rating is -2.0 (negative largely due to Ant being young with bad BBIQ) Ant without KAT, -13.7.

The team needs far more competent frontcourt play so KAT doesn't;t have to carry such a load. We also need better shooters, Rosas has his work cut out for him and with new owners, he has a really short time span to get big results.

Nope and that's very bad news for the wolves.

I don't think Naz and Jaden are ready for prime time. That doesn't mean they aren't great pieces, I just think they need to have limited bench roles stills. I think we need a couple of better pieces at the 4 and 5 spots. They should come off the bench or start in a limited role.

We need rebounding and an inside presence. As they get more mature over the next 2-3 seasons they can become starters or get bigger roles. I'd like us to be older in several positions next season.

I definitely felt luckier -and happier- yesterday when I forgot about the game. This really is one of the least entertaining, hardest teams to watch I've ever seen.

Blatant tanking, but it’s for the best.

I kind of think you have to bench Edwards for not running back, despite his offensive play. It’s a really, really bad habit.

Without Kat, we don't have a team. Of course we will tank the rest of the year. We simply need more shooters. We have to rotate Ant and Dlo because that's really all we have without Kat and Beasley.

Everyone is, he has a massive impact. We need to find guys that can enhance and supplement that. All of these good teams can miss their star and still stay afloat. We crash and burn.
