8/15 - Summer League Game Thread Wolves vs. Sixers (ESPN2, 6 PM CST)

Sixers are on the 2nd night of a back to back and will be without Tyrese Maxey who was excused from summer league to host a basketball camp. If the Wolves win, they would likely qualify for the championship game on Tuesday

If the Wolves win isn't it a done deal that they qualify for the championship game?

Depends on the point differential I think. Pelicans and Kings are still technically in the mix. Celtics are a lock though I believe

So it's theoretically possible for us to go undefeated in SL and not qualify for the title. I feel like UCF.

With the Kings winning by 16, the Wolves have to win AND maintain their lead over point differential to qualify for the championship game. Looks like they have to win by at least 8 points

Damn, this is big, crazy that we not only have to win, we have to win big too. Let's go wolves! Let's get a damn championship!

Defense let them down and Reed dominated Knight.

Still have no idea why Paul Reed fell. Some of the analytic guys had him as a lotto pick. Goes on to win G-League MVP. He’s not going to be a star, but I’d take him over any PF we have.

I don’t see Knight as an NBA guy. McDaniels and Nowell are the only two on this roster that should see an NBA roster, at least next season.

Reed dominated tonight. We had no answer.
