I mean, the owner pays for it, as fans you couldnt be happier. However, to wish any human beings injuries, thats a bit low. Its just a game man, never wish injuries on anyone in real life. But again, thanks for the awesome trade, its looking better and better! Did you see Kuminga yesterday? :o :D

So in other words, who cares if the game has integrity so long as it’s rigged in your favor. Big market spends crazy money, gets national attention, makes back the money, and then continues to outspend the smaller markets that cannot compete. You clearly have no love or respect for the game.

No, in other words if the Wolves ownership spent more and hired well, you wouldnt be complaining too.

Your luxury bill is higher than our payroll. There is no way this ever becomes common. It is only sustainable if the league rewards you with national tv money. Choosing not to care as long as it benefits you doesn’t change the fact that the playing field is not level. As a fan it should trouble you that your only able to win by outspending your opponents in many cases by double.

What allstar? Lol

Legend. I guess he will play in Europe next year, for powerhouse such as Real/Barcelona

How quickly things change in a year. Last year Thibs was seen as the great savior of New York, who could do no wrong. Now, a huge contingent of Knick fans hate him.

I still don’t know what happened in NY last year. What changed to make them the four seed? Thibs was very anti 3 and old school basketball when he was here. He also ran players into the ground with crazy minutes. It doesn’t seem to be the class in NY.

For me the more interesting story is the Lakers of the past two seasons. I know health plays a part, but it's kinda sad to see the last years of LeBron be wasted.

Agree. I also think its odd how even with a prime Anthony Davis they are pretty mediocre. Just goes to show how massively important team construction is. A lot of people got on KAT for not being a winner, soft, etc. in large part because his teams sucked. I'm sure many felt a few years back that if you swapped in a great big like Davis the wolves would get carried to the post-season. Not the case.

Stars still need good teams and fits around them. Even Jokic, who is beleivble is struggling this season to get his team in solid playoff contention because that roster is messed up right now. Westbrook is another great example of a guy fitting perfectly with a team that is tailor built around his strengths.

A good roster is the ultimate test of a good team. Your stars can be elevated greatly if they have the proper complimentary teammates. If not, then you are in for a lot of struggles. Just another reason why I don't really buy into empty stats, I think it is a thing to a small degree but not the huge thing people make it out to be.

Karl-Anthony Towns, first 500 games of career (DNPs included): 201-299 (.402)
*note: Towns is 6-2 since this mark

Anthony Davis, first 500 games of career (DNPs included):222-278 (.444)
*note: Davis finished Pelicans career 29-45 since this mark (21-30 when in lineup)

Jokic out here putting on a historic season and the Nuggets are so depleted they are struggling to not fall into the play in. Crazy.

Hornets with an insane game! Oubre Jr. hit 10 threes. Lamello had a triple double. Team scored 158 points!

I don't know if I has seen bigger mental breakdowns than Ben Simmons and Julius Randle. Every night it seems like things get worse for Randle, he's not even doing press anymore. Guy has to feel like disappearing from basketball for a while.
