Re: Training Camp thread
Hope we can bring in Demarcus & Biyombo for camp.
We still need another big man, i'd be happy with either.

Saw those two were still out there. Cousins might not desire the location but could work out well for all if he has anything left.

Going to be so exciting to get our wolves back in action! Can't wait to see what And does with a full summer and camp. Going to be awesome, at least until the end of that first hard-hitting week when reality slaps me in the face. LOL!

I agree he would be a good hatch at a low cost

What do you mean by need? Because we have some people somewhat capable of defending do you believe that Simmons wouldn't make us better?

i would love to get simmons..but morey is playing hard to get with us. we're not guaranteed to get him. but if it only takes vet min to sign a guy like biyombo, then you sign him. he will be helpful and won't affect the salary cap much.

Oh Yes, I wasn't clear. I meant Ant playing like Harden. Barkley is the better interview fit for sure.

If people think Knight will be converted to a standard contract, Silva could be in line as a two-way replacement.

Re: Training Camp thread
One thing that has quietly been accomplished with this team, we have really changed our shooting woes on paper.
Remember a couple of years ago, we had the Bahama wolves and we couldn't shoot for a lick. Now.
Towns
Russell
Beasley
Reid
Beverly
Prince
All good 3 point shooters. Then we got guys like
Edwards
McDaniels
McLaughlin
Nowell
Layman
Guys who can hit the 3 and could potentially get hot or get better.
Okogie
Vanderbilt
Balmaro
The only guys who can't really shoot and Okogie can still hit a 3 now and then and maybe improves to OK this season. Balmaro could be a better shooter in the NBA but not likely his rookie year.
That really only leaves Vando as a guy who can't shoot, that is really different from where we have been. We have never had this much ability to stretch the floor ever. We got 6 good to great 3 pt shooters and a bunch of others guys who can knock it down now and then. Our perimeter game should be a nightmare to defend.

When people have been talking/panicking about Rosas turning us into Houston North, this is really the transformation they should've been focusing on.
